for Christmas I used this tutorial to make my husband a laptop sleeve. He thought it was too girly though, so now I claim it as my own. I guess I lucked out.

Ugh, I have the same problem with finding fabric suitable for my husband too. The colors are manly, but I think it's the polka dots that make it "girly". I usually have to stick to plain fabric when I make something for my husband. It's so boring though! :P
